Financial Assistance for Families Impacted by Cancer
Rick Pankow Foundation helps approximately 30 households annually, awarding flexible funds for housing (rent, mortgage, hotel, inpatient care), utilities, phone, vehicle expenses, insurance, and medical bills to keep individuals and families afloat while focusing on treatment and recovery.
Offering emotional and practical relief from the economic strains of treatment, RPF recipients can focus on their health, families and wellbeing with decreased worry. It is our goal to offer encouragement to those challenged by a health issue by filling a financial gap, and to have a straightforward referral, application, and awarding process that can benefit the whole family.

Christmas Trees for Patients
Each holiday season, RPF volunteers deliver 140 miniature Alberta Spruce Trees to cancer patients at EvergreenHealth Halvorson Cancer Center, sharing hope and encouragement during the holiday season.
College Scholarships
Rick Pankow Foundation awards up to four scholarships annually to students preparing for careers in the green industry & horticultural fields. This was born out of Rick’s love for nature and making landscapes beautiful.
